Tigers' time trial test (RFC site)
« on: January 28, 2015, 01:53:39 PM »
Richmond players slogged through their final pre-season time trial at Princes Park today.

The Tigers continued their fitness-building regime with a three-kilometre running test, less than five weeks until their first competitive game against the Western Bulldogs on February 28.

For the players, it was another opportunity to measure their fitness, and an important pre-season marker as the football phase intensifies.

Big Benny Griffiths - the next Richo?

It's mentioned in the video, Griffs' been working on his running over the preseason as he'll be spending more time up the ground this year. So you'd guess that means Hardwick wants Griffs playing either CHF, a tall HHF or doing a 'Richo-role' on the wing leaving Jack and Vickery as our two main tall forwards.
