Dimma sure didn't miss Floss in his massive 3/4 time spray ... whack!

In the end, it did the job!  :thumbsup

Though I don't know why he focused on Nick, why he shoved .nick, few others ahead of Floss who deserved a shove....hello Newman

Floss is probably a good kid. Goes about his footy the right way, is disciplined and responds to senior players and coaches. That's why Dimma did to him because he probably wouldn't take it personally, would respond appropriately and it evoke a positive response from others even though Floss had nothing to be ashamed about. That's why. Handles pressure and deals with it. Positively.

Others = introverts and would be sooky la las over it. Not helpful at all.

That's why people see him as a future Richmond captain. :thumbsup

Coaches these days go after blokes they know will handle it with maturity and players who wont lose confidence. Imagine if he had done it to one of the others who we know wont respond- no point shattering a players confidence. It was good coaching and the team responded. Above all it clearly shows that even this far into his reign as Richmond coach - Damien Hardwick still has the players.

"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Floss should have flattened  the gimp
Then he grabbed two chopsticks and stuck them in his mouth , pretending to be a walrus

We are all critical on dummy at times with  his coaching.  Me as well.
This was the first time I was rapped to see what I saw.  Before this they showed him in coaches box just shaking his head.  I thought not aagain where is his emotion.
Three qtr time I don't think he meant to single out anyway one as he pointed at a few.  He was just running on raw emotion and it was good to finally see.

His changed game plan,  half time spray with swans and now this.  Starting to do right things and get the right responses from playing group.
