Speaking of which, what are people's thoughts of that bird who pushed the cop over on cup day? Innocent mistake and just a bit of fun I've heard.....but if it was a guy that pushed the cop over would it be different?

She's been charged though

So I don't think she's been treated any differently to anyone else

please

Of course

He would have spent the night in lockup and copped one getting slammed to the ground as he was cuffed

Yep. My thoughts when I first saw it were if it was a drunk guy that did it he would have got spear tackled into the pavement (possibly after being tasered), and everyone would have thought 'yeah, fair play'.

If only they treated guys with such respect!

She was arrested, got, taken away and she got charged

Exactly what would have happened to anyone else

No she wasn't slammed to the ground, there was no need to; she was too tanked and didn't offer any resistance

Please indeed

i could definately see a bloke copping the same treatment. In fact i could imagine the officer fronting the 7 news laughing about it the same way this one did.

It's a pity Ch7 didn't show all the footage....  ;D

They only showed the footage of her pushing the cop, the other 2 coppers racing up to her and grabbing her and she asking whether she was in trouble or not

Didn't show anything else unfortunately

i know in hindsight it looks like a bad decision to run the horse but we are just punters so id love to hear why dunlop ran cadeux. Surely there is a bigger risk in running a horse that old on a dry day.
