For me if Clarkson wasn't available I'd being going with a young assistant coach from a successful club. None of the older group really appeal to me anymore.
All I'll add is the person would need to be a hard prick. Someone able to make tough calls. (Ross Lyon like tough)
I'm afraid Dimma has too many "favorites" that IMO clouds his judgement. Something he has a chance to rectify this year but if he doesn't I don't think he will last to much longer than 2016.

So far posters have potted the selection committee, the recruiting staff, the fitness staff, the medical staff, the board & the entire coaching panel! 
Does that mean that Hardwick seriously lacks support?  Does that make Hardwick our smallest problem then?     :-\

But seriously folks - for a club riddled with so many glaring flaws to make the finals at all is a BRILLIANT result for the coach .... why get rid of the one bloke at the club who is doing a good job?     :rollin

I think we will win our next one before they do regardless of our coach and list as it stands. Having said that I am preparing for the melt down ( both personally and on here) when they beat us this year.
