Did Dimma ever say we need to get "50 games into them quick" in the last 7 yrs?

If so,  what has changed? Why do we now not require to not to give the  the most promising youth prospects game time At senior level

 McBean, Lennon, butler, short, cho, elton perhaps

The FACT is RFC are equal 2nd last

What has changed ?

Is it cause we now are a "stable" football club gunning for a flag ??

Blooding one or two young kids who are only half half prospects isn't going to win us a premiership any time soon.  3 years minimum development on a whole lot of kids. We're stuffed and always were with the compromised drafts
