This is probably more accurate if you reverse it and think of which club is the better at picking fewer duds
as the quality of the player isn't taken into account but here are the draft strike rates ( players still on club lists/total selections) for the same period 1999-2003:

I wonder if it's just coincidence that the bottom two clubs on the list won the wooden spoon in the past two years.
Overall the turnover is virtually every second player each club adds each year won't be around after a couple of years
. Plus the $150-200k that goes with it.
