McRae caretaker from round 12....
I must admit I heard him a few times this year at quarter and 3 quarter time in games and wasn't that impressed. But I've also heard pretty good reports about him too.
I probably wasn't that impressed because he kept saying "play the Tiger way" which is clearly terrible.

I think we need a senior coach that the players are basically scared of. One the players respect but one that isn't overly friendly with the players. I recon Paul Roos had the perfect mix.
A coach that drops players when they are out of form regardless of who they are. (Stringer)
A coach that will back his players but also a coach not afraid to take a stance with them.
A coach that doesn't waver on the pressure/tackling side of the game. It should be if you don't tackle you play in the two's until you are willing too.
I've always said, it doesn't take talent to tackle pressure, it takes intent.
