Port Adelaide have just developed into a "good ordinary team " .

They were supposed to be premiers in 2015 but didn't even make the 8. Looks likely they will miss out again this year.

Instead of becoming the next best thing , they will be seen as the Cinderella story of 2013/14.

Like a good ordinary team - they will be too strong for us in a few weeks.

Port are a funny one though aren't they. They have the cattle, they seem to have the coach and the plan but it hasn't clicked. I think if it does they could end up the next Hawthorn.

They have a similar problem to us in that they have some amazing top end talent but then they fall away quickly. Their talent runs much deeper then ours though.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Yeah, they do, when they are on they are unbeatable as well. It does and we need to move those mediocre players out and get some depth.

Port Adelaide : The return of Ryder and Monfries will change the dynamics of the Hinkley led Power, big movers next year.

Carlton : The change of coach is itself enough to have the scum be a challenge to the bottom end of the eight.

Melbourne  : Players developing in crucial positions as well  good drafting with early picks will have this mob looking for more than just a top eight finish next year.

Collingwood  : The good news story of the year, reckon the sequel will be  even better unless they get rid of Buckley.

St Kilda  : With a hand full of the Saints big names nearing the end of the line career wise, does the saints list have the class and depth coming through? 9-10 next year.

Richmond  : Harwicks inability to develop youngsters is second to none. The club spruiks stability but at what cost? Much of the same next year Tiges.

Gold Coast Suns : The injury riddled Suns are clearly struggling and will find next year even tougher if they can't retain the stars rumored to be on the move.

Fremantle : The loss of the reigning Brownlow medalist is not to be under estimated but will his return see them climb back up the ladder? 8-10 next year.

Brisbane Lions : The lions have plenty of youngsters but do they have the development? 10-14 for them next year.

Essendon  : Pack of dirty filthy lying drug cheats, stuff em!

The possibility of physical and mental collapse is now very real. No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride.

Collingwood were great. Remembering they will make the 8 next year.
