I reckon the main problem is the sun - so close it when its sunny and open it when its rainy - now doesn't that make sense!

Just keep it close for the 3 hours the game is on.
Agree PS about the sun being the major problem (as well as the surface). The dopey idiots built the stadium north/south instead of west/east.
