Lol.

Leadership group.

They sound like a bunch of 5th graders aspiring to the system.

I am all for Jack to be in the official leadership group. I can tell you he is a fantastic young man who is driven to be the best he can be whilst making others around him better. H

Jack and Rance are the only 2 players who have consistently developed their game in the past 5 years. For that alone, he should be in the leadership group.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

A true definition of a leadership

So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

bout time
He is the only genuine 'leader' there.  The rest are either docile, unconscious or unwilling.  Will last up until the next millenial darling gets a spray and has a wounded emotional response.

More good news although not Richmond related - Roughhead has been appointed as the captain of the hawks.

Good on him  :thumbsup
