Port Adelaide sledge Richmond about 2014 final ahead of Saturday night's game

The last thing Richmond fans want to be reminded of is their recent finals record, and in particular the 2014 elimination loss to Port Adelaide.

Ahead of Saturday night's match at Adelaide Oval, the Power decided to open old wounds with a clever social media post.

The Tigers won their last eight home-and-away games in 2014 to head into the finals as one of the form teams but were completely blown away by Port Adelaide by 57 points in the elimination final.

Richmond won the toss and chose to kick against the wind and the Power took advantage, slamming on the first seven goals to end the match in the first 20 minutes.

They better hope its a light breeze on Saturday otherwise their tarp's that cover those 30 thousand empty seats at their home games might get blown away. 

Big chance to be in relocated to the NT in years to come
