Can the Tigers win the flag? Dusty says, "why not"
« on: September 02, 2017, 09:50:28 AM »
When asked if the Tigers can go all the way and win a first AFL flag since 1980, Martin uttered words sure to resonate with every Richmond fan.

''Why not? But we’ve got to stick to the process and get through Geelong first and see what happens. But yeah, why not?,’’ he said.

The third quarter, the premiership quarter, it's Dusty time. He starts to shine and then delivers in the most AWESOME fashion.

So....Boomer Harvey to present the cup, Malthouse the Jock McHale Medal & Hird the Norm Smith....

... the AFL organising such an unprecedented line-up of unlikeable & unpopular vibe-killing d**kheads almost makes me think we're destined to win the thing now.... :shh

Sorry but you are wrong

 Harvey isnt presenting the cup

He is the ambassador means he takes it around the state  / country to show it off.  A nothong role; which is rather apt I would have thought  ;D

Cup will be presented by a legend of  one of the competing clubs. Like they have always done.. Can't announce the 2 possibles because we don't know who's playing in the GF

Do they have to be a premiership player? Would love Richo to do it

We've moved into second favouritism for the flag:

Richmond Tigers have seen their odds slashed to win the 2017 AFL Premiership after an emphatic win over the Cats on Friday night. The Tigers went into the match as $11 shots to win this years flag but post the win they have now firmed into $3.25 second favourites.
