I always thought he was wrong with his leadership strategy and demanding players do exceptional things to break open games. It lead to waaay too many injuries to great players. Kosicksi should sue him for his brain damage. A crap coach can destroy a players body look at Daniher and Essendon that screwed his body. Good teams have good medical and few injuries.

Just keep referring him back to his own record, a complete failure. You haven't achieved anything Grant and you expect the AFL community to take advice from you, your just demonstrating to every body just how deluded you are.
