Interesting what Dimma said about our recruiters. They sit on match committee so they learn what type of players we want and need. Dimma also said he only comes into the decision making when the recruiters come to him in the end with 3 or 4 players to check out.

Good to hear Dimma admit we were too short a side in the first half of the season. It was okay when we could play fast on transition and attack but we lost the connection between our defence and our mids and especially our mids and our forwards when we had to attack in a more tempo style. Our connection has been better in recent weeks playing with extra talls.

Thanks for the TLDL MT.

Sounds like a great system we have and good to hear some reflection because I think we were all screaming out for it.
