Dimma interviewed by Tim Watson.

- Feels refreshed after some R&R over the offseason.

- Gameplan: We'll have more "gears" this year. The new rules have lead to teams falling back in defence more. So along with our "organised chaos" you'll also see us play slow at times moving the ball up the field.

- Still hasn't decided if Balta is a forward or backman. Watson called Noah Dimma's Swiss Army knife as he has multiple uses.

- Baker is locked in as a forward at this stage. Dimma likes Bakes up there.

- Dusty fitter than ever given he's leaner.

- Lambert came to the club with a chronic hip issue and now and then it flares up so we need to manage it. Right now he's going through one of those periods where it's flared up. Don't know when he will return.

Here's the vision:

@Richmond_FC coach Damien Hardwick is signalling a return to the top after a turbulent 2021. A fitter Dusty Martin, a fresher Trent Cotchin, and a new game plan all part of the Richmond revamp. Hardwick sat down with @timwatson32 on the eve of the season. @7AFL #gotiges #7NEWS
