* We've made some positional changes. Marlion has been thrown around out of necessity.

* We choose the sub based on where the opportunities arise. We're pretty flexible.

* Banks - knocking down the door. He's played mainly as a winger but Kmac & Ross have been playing well. He's moved to HB to give him more of an opportunity.

* Hugo - hard for him to break in. Competing against Short, Floss & Dan Rioli.

* Asked if we will tag Lachie Neale. Teague replied that tagging is not something Richmond usually has done. McQualter did have Marlion sit on Rozee in his first game (as caretaker coach). So it is something in his armoury.

* Samson and Jack's job is to bring the ball to ground so inhibit Harris Andrews' intercepting.

* McQualter is doing a great job and giving himself every chance (to become the permanent senior coach).
