From ESPN:

Richmond

Pre-draft picks: 29, 41, 64, 66

Players drafted: Kane McAuliffe (40), Liam Fawcett (43)

The Tigers had a bare shelf of picks after bringing in Tim Taranto and Jacob Hopper last year, then traded back twice to bring in future selections as well. At 40 they took the upside of Kane McAuliffe, a powerful athlete who brings explosiveness through the midfield. The SA on-baller tested well at the combine in the speed and agility areas. The Tigers then grabbed key forward Liam Fawcett, who is one of the better set shots in this year's draft pool.

Disappointed we did not cut a bit harder and manage to get higher up the draft order.
Just 2 nd picks again and late ones at that. The long term list management has been terrible imo.

Forced to trade for Taranto and Hopper because we just refused to take their types in drafts.
Forced to trade for Koschitzke for the same reasons. My complaints are not about just this year.

On this year well i agree with andy. They did try late to get up the draft order and when that failed did take needs.

Am over the basketballer experiments as well just find FOOTBALLERS.

One positive is that we have a good hand for next year. Should be targeting 2 top 10s or at least 1 and 2 top 20s

We could end up with 5 picks in the the first round and ol' claw will still find a way to bitch about it ...#miseryguts  :shh

I believe we did the best we could with what we had, picks to trade ,a CHF and an inside mid. I have been critical but at face valve a good job by our recruiters this year. You can’t make strawberry jam out of horse manure

Whats to like about our first rounders since 2017. Have we even got one right.
Lets see precious.

2017
Higgins #17 lol another small runt the current lot like to pick. No longer at the club and imo not a first round pick to date.
CCJ #20 Laughable selection your prototype not quite either pick.

2018 #20 RC-D what a bust.

2019 #21 Thomson Dow lucky to be still there lol.

2020 oh thats right we didnt think there was a kid worth picking in the the first 39.

2021 #9 Gibcus, #17 Brown. Its still wait and see we certainly ignored our most pressing list needs not just with these two picks but the next three as well.

2022 Hmm first pick at 49 lol we dont need to be a part of the draft.

2023 First pick at 43 hilarious.

your okay with all  that. Only conclusion is your having a lend of yourself. Plenty right there to be miserable about. Not that im being miserable just plain old honest about what we have got wrong and where we are heading.

Yeah none of that changes the fact you'd still bitch no matter what we did - and deep down you know it because it's the essence of who you are - the fact you're here whinging about our draft picks from years when we *checks notes* WON THREE STUFFING FLAGS proves it... :shh

Surprised the AFL didn't just give us top 10 picks in honour of our achievement...pretty disrespectful if you ask me.... :shh
