What improvements do you want to see next year?

I want to see us improve our 1%ers big time in particular shepherding, blocking and tackling. We are last in the AFL in both and it shows. Now that mostly comes with building up body strength in our youngsters over preseason but we also don't seem to have the smarts of when to shepherd  :help. No point running alongside your teammate with the footy waiting for a handball while he is about to be run down from behind  :banghead.

More commitement and work ethic (everyone follow Sugar's lead)

Also better skill level and better decision making under pressure

Finally be able to beat top teams
