Thought this interview was more recent but it done just before the Family day and the Geelong game. In any case Sugar summed up our preseason overall:

* Training a little bit different this year. Most of our running incorporated into our training drills and a lot of games involved. More intense and the sessions going for a solid 2-3 hours. Following the Adelaide model. We didn't do much plain running but our tan results and key indicators were up. Krak's skinfolds are at a all-time low.  Sugar was all for it. Kept the mundaneness out of training. Proof will come in the games though.

* Perception of Richmond from outside wouldn't be super positive. More a young and improving side that isn't there yet to take the competition on. This is Geelong's view of us according to Kingsley.
