* Lids and Tambo in the midfield? Tambo gradually increasing his time in the midfield. Takes 3-4 years to get the conditioning in their bodies. Tambo played a bit across HB and middle on Ray. Both spending about 30% of time in midfield and will spend more time as they go along.
* In 1st quarter competitive but making mistakes, turnovers which gave Dogs easy goals. Mentioned Petts as on instance. 2nd qtr nil all draw; 3rd good; 4th dogs played too clever footy.
* Schulz - needs 12-14 games in row to get the continuity of hard footy to repeat leads and kick those 4-5 goals. Hasn't had that due to injury. Normally a good kick for goal.
* Placating angry fans? Can understand supporter disappoint after a match but in the light of the day the club is travelling well and is stable off-field. Young players will be up one week and down the next. We need patience. Senior players are down too. We've still got young players in JON, Thursty to come in. We'll get the right mix in time. No doubt about that. We need patience.
* Only one article Plough was disappointed with the media but overall more beaten up in the media.

* When does the club focus on the future? Plough is blooding players. We'll gradually turn our list around. We need bigger bodies - another ruckman possibly. Got the right mix just takes time.
* Riewoldt just needs to find that consistency then we'll bring him into the forward line.
* We had to cut corners before Terry arrived and when Terry first arrived due to finances. $2 mill loss. 3-5 years ago you had to pay transfer fees etc. Now that finanically are in a better condition we can now give Terry the resources he needs.
