Because he has been playing like crap.

He has been very lazy.

People bag Richo, but any chance we had of winning last week went down the drain when Richo went off.

Sarge was too often behind his man and didnt work hard enough at the contest.

Not to mention lack of footy smarts.  ::)

Continually goes for the same ball that Richo will go for.
Hasnt got the footy smarts to zone off and take his opponent with him.
Wont make it at AFL level.
