Jay Rawlings on SEN

* Haven't spoken much about R6. Spent more time about today.

* We do a theme, indicators for today - can't say what they are but obviously pressure skills important today.

* KB said he was critical of our workrate in the second half week. Young players need to learn that you need to work and rework from the likes of Kirk and co. Jay said KB was spot on. Gave Edwards as an example as a young cub who does work hard.

* No changes for us. So Gus is in. Workrate second to Foley at the Club.

* Tambo - a bit of weight off his shoulders after going back to Coburg as he was under a lot of pressure. Good last week. Aboriginal boys take a bit longer to develop and it can vary. Doing the right things as far as his preparation goes.

* Lids - needed to realise most footballers play under a bit of pain and become a man. Pleased that he has put his hand up to play this week.
