March on SEN

I want no complaints about typos or if i missed stuff - quickest you're gonna get it anywhere lol

RJ revelations – Gary says quite bizarre

Spoken to Casey and Mandie – both upset about it.  David hasn’t even spoken to Ron Joseph.

What response from Duff – bemused and a bit upset.  Duff hadn’t spoken to Ron and would speak to him and call him back.

Dermott – if one of our board members did the same would he take disciplinary action – take strong action.  Our policy is our board members don’t speak out and he’s the spokesperson for the board.  We don’t like speaking about other clubs and get on and do our own business.  Ron would be better served concentrating on North.

Grant Thomas – has it been blown out of proportion – no doubt, but the facts do remain that he did try and make contact.  Not an innocent bystander but has been taken out of proportion.  Dead issue from their point of view.

Mark Robinson – was there any stage when you found out he was available – did it cross anyone’s mind at RFC the possibility of Sheeds returning - yes, in some capacity but not as a coach.  Is there another role – we have to explore.  He has to decide whether he wants to coach or not.  If he doesn’t coach, we will speak to him.

Why is it so key cut with Terry – we believe made right choice with Terry.  Re the list – we won 11 games last year but this year we haven’t.  We understand the path he’s taking.  We have to let him see through the process (five year plan) he presented to the board when he was interviewed.

Thomas – whose advice would you prefer Ron Joseph’s or Caro’s lol – neither.  You go through a process as a club when you pick a coach, and when it comes up again, we’ll go through that process again.

Caro on Miller – no secrets Caro isn’t a fan.  Ran a campaign against Miller for most of the year.  Greg was still going to remain director of football, but we were going to put more resources into the club.  Disappointing, very personal, her opinion.  The club has performed badly and we’ve all got to perform.

Dermot – does the board take season as abnormality or are we behind schedule – this is unacceptable – won more games last year with a similar list.  Expected to be ultra competitive and be around the mark this year.  We can’t afford to have another season like this year.

Terry would be under enormous pressure if we have another year like this year.  We know it’s been a horrible season and need to bounce back in the next few weeks and set a path for next year.  We’re all under pressure to perform (including GM)

Game today – is he jealous of  Costa/Geelong – last year they were in the same position and last year they were calling for Costa’s head.  We’ve taken a lot out of following Geelong – they had a process they were going through, tinkered with their footy dept and got things right.  Only jealousy is they got back on track quicker than we did.  In one season they did it and so can we.  Our earlier game was worst in recent history – can’t have another performance like that today.

Thanks Moi.  :)

Was particularly interested hearing David Mandie was not involved with Ron Joseph, as I fully expected.
I'd be interested to know who the scum is, and whether they're around my club, that would implicate such a generous and unassuming supporter.

David Mandie is an old man who's given lifelong support.
For anyone to implicate him is a disgrace  :banghead

Agree Moi.

Thanks for the report :cheers  :bow

Grant Thomas hates us. Never has said anything positive about Richmond in his time in footy. He also said after March left he would get rid of Terry if he was doing his best and able to do his best - full resources etc. Robinson said resources has been an issue.
