Time to hitch a ride (AFL)

Author: By Chris Riches 7:18 AM Wed 23 April, 2008

Of all the thousands of words written about Sunday’s nail biting draw against the Western Bulldogs, none did justice to the scenes which occurred after the game.

Tigers’ players who had worked so hard to get their team into a winning position against their unbeaten foe only to watch it all unravel in the last four minutes, slumped to the ground in disappointment.

smokey,

It's a fan piece.  Chris writes a regular (near weekly) report on Y&B.  It occassionally gets put on the RFC site as well.

Yeah, understand that.  I suppose I was trying to say that there is a fair bit of substance in it underneath the PR/fluff/rose-coloured glasses.  :thumbsup
