COMMUNITY football will go hi-tech with the launch of Footyweb, a participation and administration website.
The AFL and SportingPulse have developed the site at
www.footyweb.com.au to allow leagues and clubs to manage fixtures, ladders, results and clearances online, communicate with members and provide information on demographic data.
The system is free to the 2618 Australian football community clubs.
AFL general manager, national and international development, David Matthews said the site was vital for grassroots football.
