The Next OER Mod

Who do you want to be promoted to be a mod. Indicate your selection in the poll and detail your reasons in a post. HAHAHAHAHA  :lol

And try and not cause friction between Jacko and Blaisee, OER is a happy online community  ;D

After giving serious consideration, I have selected Jackstar to be the next mod. Jackstar would provide a new angle to the gimmicks currently running on OER.

Give Jackstar a bit of responsibility, it may be the makings of him.

Jackstar is the Andrew Bolt of this forum. Ramps is the Kevin Rugg of Beaumaris of this forum. And Tigermonk is the Derryn Hinch of this forum.

Perhaps we should have a 'leadership group' of OER. I would nominate all of the 'sensible' posters on OER; perhaps Smokey58, RROFO, TA, Moi, Bluey and Wayne my nominations for the leadership group.

lol, me lol
just kidding

X wants to be a part of the leadership group but that's kinda like having Barry Hall in the leadership group.

CUB is a really passionate supporter and a great poster but he wears his heart on his sleeve and you can't have people like that in a leadership group.

Stripes is a pretty cool poster but repeats his name in every post, so no.

Anyway, if anyone in the leadership group 'loses form', and posts something a little silly or gets caught saying things that any old scallywag in the street gets caught saying, then the rest of the leadership group can have a meeting and decide whether that person gets to stay in the leadership group. The leadership group is answerable to MT (President) and WP (CEO), who publicly, will say that the leadership group can actually decide for themselves whether they stay, but privately have actually already decided whether they stay or go depending on the natural talent therefore the expendability of that particular poster. Who else is up for this restructure of OER?  :D

Ramps has asked for this thread to be deleted because he wants to start another one that's better :thumbsup

I will lock this instead so we can keep as a momento the witty comments for longevity and also so I can use them in the future for a "who said that - How well do you know fellow posters" trivia question I am working on  :thumbsup

So Ramps fire up for goodness sake and start your new poll

I can hardly wait :thumbsup
