Richo on 3aw

* Richmond supporters are very very passionate lot and are just craving for a bit of success. No more passionate a group of supporters out there.

* Dad (Bull) was quiet about his time in footy. Richo picked up more about the history of the RFC from the old-timers around the club when he first arrived. Dad was president of East Devonport FC so Richo grew up around footy and loved it. Mum was pioneer of surfing in Torquay where she grew up (early 60s). Richo still has family down that way.

* Russell asked if he was a chance for the Rising star. Richo laughed and said he's only 15 years too late. He spoke again about moving to the wing to allow the youngsters more of a go and how it's worked out well from himself and the team.

* 2010 is not a given for him. He's just taking it year by year. He wasn't sure he would play on into 2009 at the start of this year but he is now. He'll make the same judgement call next year about 2010. If the body is holding up and he's feeling the same way he is now at this time of year he'll keep on playing. Exciting times with the youngsters coming up so yeah want to be apart of that.

* He's played this year 60% up the ground on the wing and 30-40% up forward.

If he keeps his current form up let's hope he does go on. Richo needs to play on to 2010 to reach 300 games (unless we play a few finals games) after missing a couple of games this year with that hammy. Only 28 to go.
