That's what North are chasing for their new Arden St facility.

The club is also seeking a naming-rights sponsor for the new facility — meaning it is unlikely to be known as Arden Street — and has priced the sponsorship ambitiously at more than $1 million a year.

Yup absolutely.   Wouldnt stop me still calling it Punt Road Oval and we're $1m dollars up. 

But I cant see $1m happening so depending on the actual price, maybe.

Think we will have our work cut out getting a major sponsor. I notice we couldn't sell the space on the roof of the grandstand. Why would we be able to sell naming rights for the ground. Nothing's ever played there so how often does the media in general quote the grounds name. Doubt the naming rights would be worth $1m. That goes for Arden St as well.

Punt road right next to the G the roof of the old JD stand can be seen from Richmond station for anyone and everyone on the trains.

And next to Punt road the busiest hell hole in Melbourne, heaps of exposure, if Norf want 1 we should ask for 2 !

I would exclusivity to any sponsor willing to pay between 2.5 and 4 Mil per annum,otherwise,get stuffed.
