It is now official Mark has lost his rights to own the racing team. It was I think taken over again by Walkingshaw.
Mark will walk out of it with no debt to his name which for him is a good thing as I think he owed over 3.8 million dollars.
But with Walkingshaw taking over the team can conyinue on with Tander as number one driver and Wil Davison as number two driver in 09.
It is a sad time for him but when you look at it, some of us have done it hard to. So this only brings him down to us who have had it hard over time.
But I will be glad to still be able to see the team running around the track.
Though I have to say I'm a Kelly boy's supporter.
