* Pleasing to see us and Carlton both clubs on the up having supporters hopping on. Better than the alternative. Good for round 1.
* Hardly ever went shooting (3aw topic). Did so with his uncle a couple of times when young but has never gone shooting with his kids.
* Cotch is back running. Had hiccups along the way where he'll go a week to 10 days then it'll play up again and we'd have to back off. Been to specialist and it's due to him being young and body still developing. He'll be fine in his 20s. He's just starting his preseason basically and will take 6 weeks from now.
* Zoning - Need to see what sides will do in the season itself. St Kilda have lowered the opposition inside 50s dramatically over the last 3 weeks. Is that because of greater defence/zoning or them winning more of the ball?
* Rushed behind - happy to see it in the real season. Exciting and backmen need to be more inventive getting it out.
* 20m and play-on backwards isn't coming in.
* Membership record - no ball has been bounced as you say but pleasing as far as enthusiasm around the club and supporters jumping on board.
