Our recruiting since the 2004 has been shown up to be shocking. They told the supporters to wait, they told us that theyd recruited properly, that it was just a matter of time  :banghead :help

So EVERY SINGLE PLAYER drafted since 2004 has be the wrong choice

Every single one ::)

Bring up a point. the blues produce all these first gamers whom are MILES ahead of ours, why ?
No 12 for the blues, forgot his name , RUBBED OUR FACE IN IT

Fair point too

But I don't think think you can say ALL our recruiting since 2004 hase been shocking.. that was my point

I reckon Morton, Reidwoldt, Rance  and the young Ruckman Browne will all be good.
Whats of interest with Browne on what I have seen that he is already jumped ahead of Patterson and Graham in regards to ruck contest.
What was noticable the other night that he did get has hand onto the ball at ruck contests. something Patterson and Grahram CANNOT achieve and havent acheived at AFL level.
How can a kid playing his first game do this and the others Patto Graham cant ????

As for poor recruits, McMahon ,Tambling, Edwards( not all his fault-played way out of position) arent really up to it

On paper, we look like we have a fairly average-good spread of players, but when the game plan is to kick the ball 20 metres in traffic, there lies huge issue on what the team are trying to achieve during the game, thus we need a change in direction and game plan, and if that means chop wallace, then he goes , for what i have seen this year, NAB cup and round 1, we are going backwards very very quickly.
The entire structure of the team when we rebound is COMPLETELY wrong, its actually a mess and thus our inablity to hurt the scoreboard.

Look at all the vultures gleefully coming out for a feed. Happens everytime a coach is about to be sacked at this club.

How many more unfruitful years do you want the supporters to give the plough?

Anyone that is not shocked or hurting after Thursday's game and is on here saying I told you so is not a Richmond supporter as far as I'm concerned. Not directed at you Ramps, but anyone else wants to bring that poo after the next game, I drink at the Public House. We'll sort it out quick smart

This isnt about I told you so or anything like that- atleast not from my point of view, simply its about discussing what we feel is the best way forward for our footy club and we have to acknowledge that after missing finals 4 years in a row and losing the first game of season no 5 for Wallace by 80 odd points- is not a good start. We all know what our supporters are like and the board in the past have more often than not caved in when the heats been on. Some people think posts like mine are personal ... they never are, I dont Wallace, he may be a great bloke, I dont know, what I do know is that last Thursday we got pumped by an arch rival, that what we saw was an abomination in terms of skill sets, the lack of hardness at the contest was also apparent, If that continues- What happens then? Do we continue down the same path? or do we make a change and hope someone like a Damian Hardwick can turn it around.

Close to 90% of our trades under wallace has been dismal.

What we got right

Foley
Moore
Lids
Cotch who Wallet will probably ruin
Jack

Leaving out last years draftees id say the rest are so poo its actually embarrassing. They will not win you a flag no way.

Who in the right mind is scared of facing the likes of patto, tambling, Edwards, Mcguane.

Our recruiting is the worst in the league on par with Freo IMO.
Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.
