Caro on 3aw 14/4/09

Caro on 3aw tonight...

* Skills been poor at Richmond for 15 years.

* Not enough young players experimented with. Good to Rance cement his spot though.

* Miller came as a messiah but sent the club back 5 years. He went for the "sexy" coach. Not saying Wallace was a poor choice but there were duplicitous decisions made by Casey-Miller admin for the sake of winning an election.

* The Club was poorly administered under Casey-Miller.

* She thinks Wallace will step down midyear (not sure if she meant he'll carry on to the end of his contract like Spud did after he said he was resigning).

* Headlines such as "death row" and "tick tick tick" on the front and back pages of the Herald-Sun were over the top.

* Best coach at the RFC in last 25 years? Northey got the players to play for him as he did at Melbourne even though he wasn't an astute coach tactically. A poor saga when he swapped with Walls at Brisbane. Paul Sproule also should have been given longer. Barry Richardson resigning saw him go. The rot set in then into the footy club.

* A supporter rang in and said Tiger supporters he knows want Hardwick as he's been associated with success - Essendon premiership player in 2000, assistant coach at Port in 2004 flag, and assistant coach at Hawthorn under Clarkson and another flag. Caro believes Campbell being a favourite son and coming home this year would be favourite to take over from Wallace. She then added Mark Williams as a possibility when Russell suggested Malthouse.

Typical of Caro to miss some of the story
I thought the tide turned in 1983 when we lost Cloke Wood and Raines then went into a trading war with Collingwod and picked up stars like Wally Lovett in exchange for two of the aforementioned players. All this hapenned under her fathers tenure as president and conveniently she managed to neglect putting that in her assessment of things.
She should not write any story on us as she will fail to mention any failings of her old mans. :whistle

If Campbell ends up as coach of Richmond this/next year then I will officially give up on this basketcase of a club

Hilarious effort by Caro or should that be madam flip/flop

Last night in the space of 15 minutes, she had TW sacked, not sacked, seeing out the season, although March has an out, paying out on Eddie (again) and finally settling on TW is a good coach and he will see out the season because they are still a chance to make the 8

tonight we've flip/flopped again

Nice one ;D

How exactly wasnt Northey tactically astute? WTF does that mean?

That was the s hit line used by Mal Brown as justification for another wild goose chase for Sheedy, which set the club back another 14 years all over again

Every chance Caro has had she's pushed the Campbell for coach line. Eade made a fool of her the other night when he said he was still early in his coaching development.

Caro exclusively represents the views of a certain coterie cliche. The same one that stopped Northery trading Richo for Lockett, the same one that got him sacked, the same that laughed at Malthouse when he wanted to coach us, the same one that has the Sheedy messiah complex.

These are the guys that keep us going around in circles for 27 years.

The same one Jackstar is clearly in contact/in bed with
Yet he wonders why people don't like him and think he's an arrogant twit
