I now accept that a rebuid is nessesary and that the new coach will have to make some unpopular decisions BUTwatching Ben go around last Saturday made me realise that he is in a class of his own at the club.The clean hands,silky skills and leadership he showed was amazing(very unrichmond like)........and he will only get better with more match fitness.

Watching Ben play is going to make this long winter bearable and I prey that we have seen the last of any major injuries.

I know we cant afford to keep an injury prone 30 plus player on the list...so fingers crossed for an injury free Ben.

yes. keep Couins and Richardson. these two are match winners and very effective.

Unless his hammy goes twang again Cuz will be safe you'd reckon. When he was in at the centre bounce we more often than not won the centre clearance. A shame we don't have him and Cotch in the side together and match-fit  . Hopefully that eventuates next year beginning round 1. Cuz may actually be in better condition too in 2010 after his first full preseason in what 3? years. He also should be more familiar with his teammates and being back in the game after another 12 months. Like at Coburg he sometimes ran around on Saturday gaining the ball in not always the best position because his teammates would just hand over the footy as soon as they saw him.
