When was the last time ?........
« on: June 26, 2009, 04:56:05 PM »
To all the history buffs out there.....

With the Saints on a massive roll I was wondering when was the last time Richmond was responsible for ending a significant winning streak.

If I were to guess I would say Tommy was coach.

True, but he had help from Wayne Johnston!

There may have been one more recently but the one I remember was when Northey was coach. Round 3 1995. We hadn't beaten Hawthorn in 10 years. The game was out at Waverley and the conditions were terrible. It was something like 4 goals a piece and we kicked plenty of points. IIRC we came from behind and won by a kick.
