The Roos want to play a home game against the Eagles at Subiaco in exchange for $600k.

After seeing Richmond play a home game on the Gold Coast where the club received $400k to do it and then having a replacement make-up game for RFC members on the weekend, would you accept Richmond playing one home game interstate per year on a regular basis from now on?

Answered NO even though I enjoyed the trip to Qld  ;D

Our aim must be 11 home games at the MCG, nothing more, nothing less

The interstate Tiger supporters love Richmond as much as the Victorian Tiger fans do.

The players and support staff love the bonding stuff that comes with getting away for a weekend of footy.

The money the club earns is a bonus.

Tiger supporters love a weekend away at warmer places than the MCG.

One game per season is enough, no more though.

No all our home games should be played at the MCG & when we play at the dome they should be all away games as other clubs have thier home games at the Dome.
l always been against Richmond vs Melbourne games at the Dome & refuse to go there its a terrible stadium

As for interstaters  ;D Move to Victoria the Football state to get you fix  ;D joking  :thumbsup

A resounding NO! The Tigers should be lobbying the AFL to make all our home games at the MCG,( like Collingwood does). We can't all afford interstate trips, and the notion of a "home" game in Qld,Timbuktu,or wherever is ridiculous by definition. And while I'm at it,we have to stop anomalies like this year where we played the Bulldogs twice at Emptyhead Stadium from ever happening again.

Is we can do a deal like Hawthorn where playing 1-2 games interstate means all our other home games are at the MCG, plus we get reciprical rights to some away games to make up for it... then yes.

I voted no. Purely out of self interest. When you pay for 11 home games and a function room and only get a 'reserved seat' for the makeup game. No thanks. Not everyone who has a Premium + Membership is loaded, some of us work bloody hard to be able to afford it.
To see function rooms empty last Sunday made it worse.

Spot on - couldn't agree with you more.

Cannot remember how much the old premium membership went up this year (may have been around $400-$500) and this year we got less that previous years because of this.

And then to see the room behind closed made it worse no doubt

1 Bar and 1 Food outlet open for the whole stand - Disgraceful.  :banghead

Answer to ? - No! If we were properly compensated with HOME MCG games could wear it.

I voted yes as I think doing this brings in a little more income for our club.

Spot on  :thumbsup. You don't give up home ground advantage. Agree with RR about never allowing us again to play Etihad tenants at Etihad when it's our home game  :scream.

Only if its one of those years when the Tigers Don't play Sydney in Sydney especially if its a home game at etihad otherwise I'm happy to make the odd trek down to Melbourne and watch the majority on TV.
