Jarrad Schofield isl nominating for the pre-season draft.

Is he a No1 PSD pick.

What is he worth etc etc

Will find it hard to do his usual showboating in a team that doesn't offer much support.

Plus he is getting on in years. I'd give him a miss.

Agree FF. He's purely a receiver and now old one at that. We already have too many flanker types.

Schofield was one Power player that struggled this year with his ordinary disposal. He was lucky in the end to play in the GF as it came down to a 50/50 decision for him to be dropped.

Port supposedly offered him a one year deal but Freo offered him 2 years to return to his home state. So he's off there in the PSD as no other club would be silly to give him that. Just on that I'd say Freo are now throwing all their eggs into one basket aiming for a flag in the next couple of years after giving up all their early picks for Carr, Heath Black and now Schofield. A risky strategy given their bookends aren't that strong despite a talented midfield group.
