Was sitting at home with the Mrs and kids, been away for a few days so was ready for a relaxing night at home.

Got a pretty good display of firecrakers from the surrounding neighbours actually.

Happy New Year to all OER posters. :cheers

Happy New Year everyone  :cheers.

I was intending to go into the city but after hearing it was going to be 30+ degrees stayed in the local neighbourhood and headed down by the local beach. We got a pretty good firecracker display down my way as well Bully.

Last time I bought firecrackers was when I was in Canberra 10 years ago where they are legal.

Happy New Year to all.

We spent New Years eve like we have for the past 5 years - at home looking after our dogs who get quite traumatised by the local illegal fireworks >:( >:(

Alot of people lose their dogs on new years eve because of the crackers. Ours just don't cope so we stay at home and have them inside with us until it's all over.

Hate to be a party pooper guys and gals but - I hate the illiegal crackers that go off around the neighbourhood. We've found cracker shells in our backyard on new years day - not great.

I had to go to a wedding yesterday so I couldn't afford to get that stuffed. New years I went to the city and only stayed a couple of hours (was crap) and then went to summerdayze (got in for free lmfao) on New years day. lmfaoooooooo@how seedy you feel being amongst a crowd of druggies when you aren't on anything. Good place for a perve summerdayze, but the music they play is mind-numbing monotonous crap (drug music) in the main arena. The little set ups on the side were cool, got my fix of old school electro and some breaks.

Good morning y'all, and happy new year.  Have just woken up LMFAO.

Went to the Point at Albert lake and the place was rocking at its foundations.  George Kapiniaros (sp?) and his band were playing retro tunes and I thought WTF ?  But he was surprisingly pretty stuffen good and was rocking.  Free beers, wine, champagne, bacardi breezers all night.  Need my liver checked LMAO.  Hot women dressed in 70's style, short mini's, shorts.......aaaahh.  If only it was like that every night.
Does anyone have half an idea on anything?
