Nahas running into our runner
« on: March 26, 2011, 11:56:11 PM »
Who is our runner this year?

What the hell was he doing so close to the active play. We were away if he wasn't in Robbie's way running out the back of the contest yet we gift Carlton a free on their forward 50 thanks to our runner blocking one of our own players :stupid. I bet Dimma coaching from the bench gave him the evil stare after coming off after that stuff-up.

Yeah just could not believe it. Stupid. Runners should know they have to be 50 metres away from the play. :banghead

Yep there was a period where that and a dodgy free kick where th ump pointed the wrong way and we ran forward only to have it Carltons free and Blues player free in the F50. I think both shots on goal were points but  still shifts momentum and also killed of 2 forward thrusts we would have otherwise had.
