Summary

* We've gone back to the way we wanted to play in past two weeks. We went away from that in those six weeks which we pretty tough.

* Brayshaw praised us for blowing the Swans away by 43 points as even the top sides struggle to put Sydney away. Lids said we were most happy with our defensive side in that game keeping the Swans to 7.15.  

* The MMM crew (Brayshaw and Brownless) love saying 'Webberley'. Lids said he came on last week and kicked an important goal to get us going.

* Lids said he is more sore after games this year than in previous years. It's all about running out the lactic during the week. Just sore all over and in the legs and recovery is doing short sessions at training during the week and jumping in plenty of ice baths getting rid of the lactic acid. Spoke to Pendlebury at Collingwood and they had a 12 minute session as part of recovery. We'll have a short run Saturday morning.

* Just 26 players on the training track today. Still doing plenty of drills and tackling practice. Thursty copped it in the chops from a loose elbow. We're still working on things for next year which is good.

* Adelaide game - expects a nice tight contest.

* Cotch is favourite for the B&F with Houli to poll very strongly as well. Lids doesn't believe he's a chance this year.

* Boys give Dimma charity laughs at his humour lol.

* The MMM crew then asked Lids a whole bunch of non-footy questions...

Goulburn Valley schoolboy; got work done at school but had better things to do trying to get out of school. Most trouble at school - bullying (5 days straight detention)

Mum still works in a bank and dad's a teacher.
Will go up to watch cousins in the country leagues finals during the off-season but mostly will try and get away from footy during the break.
Got a Honda Cruiser and dirt bike.
