Summary

* The team has really picked up in the last few weeks. Played some good sides which we thought we competed well against. Managed to get a couple of wins which is good for a young side going into the preseason and next year. Just trying to get some momentum going forward.

* Not too fussed about finishing ninth finish. We started off the year pretty well then we had a bit of a lull but we've finished off the year pretty well. The best thing is we've got a lot of experience into our young players.

* No such thing as tanking is there [sarcasm!]. We're going out there to win. We're just trying to get wins on the board to give ourselves some momentum going forward.

* The club is healthy but in terms of ninth spot unless you're inside the eight you don't tend to look at the ladder too much. We are tracking along nicely but there's still plenty of areas for improvement. Some to take forward and look forward to.

* The weather is the bonus about playing this time of the year. He remembers telling Newy this time last year that we're sick of training while others are still playing. It is frustrating but we can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel. We're definitely building towards something. As long as we keep improving we hopefully should be playing this time of year.

* Sub rule? - Lids feels pretty much the same in the body as this time last year. It just takes longer to recover to the level he wants to play at. A little taxing on the body but he enjoys being on the field on longer. Doesn't have a preference between 3 and sub or 4 interchange. Just does what he is told. Doesn't buy into that sort of thing. The fitness staff tell him when to come off ... well the players are taking more control of that now. We've got a good little system going. Not that old yet (laughs). Playing 150 games hasn't felt too taxing on the body yet. If we were able to play another 4 weeks of finals he'd be right to go.

* Hasn't seen or heard the Jake King incident so can't comment.

* Agreed that the future for the Club is healthy. If we can keep everyone fit and healthy and here and everyone lives up to the hype and reaches their full potential then we definitely can go places. We've got to keep learning and developing and getting games experience along the way. Still got a lot of hard work ahead of us.

* Finals in 2012? Not going to put a cap on anything like that. Leave that one alone.

* Was not aware incidents can be brought up after the Mathc Review Panel has sat.

* Not personally interested in the milestone. Just working hard to achieve as a team. It's a great honour to play 150 games for the Richmond Football Club and something he's very proud of. But this weekend it's a game that we need to win.

* Not aware of the CBA meeting. Lids said he must be living in a cave.

* Dimma has been fantastic. Very easy to talk to and communicate with. He explains things very well and we can discuss where I need to improve and where other players need to improve. The best thing is Dimma is very family man orientated. He includes the wives and girlfriends of the players and makes them feel apart of the Richmond Football Club.
