What the Tigers need: Some sound recruiting over the last couple of years has Richmond’s list well-placed to blossom over the next couple. The key areas of concern from 2011 were the ruck and key-defensive posts. The arrival of Ivan Maric from Adelaide will address the ruck issue in the short-term, but there just wasn’t any key defenders on the table during the trade period. Doubts remain as to whether Kelvin Moore can return from drastic hip surgery, which leaves Alex Rance, Luke McGuane and youngster Dylan Grimes to carry the can down back. Another long-term option should be the priority for one of those first-round picks, while a speedy defensive stopper and classy half-forward type should also be on the radar.

^ yeah, thought the same thing mate...fairly "shallow" review (especially if McGuane and Kel Moore are two of the main backs listed) & seemed to be more a regurgitation of common themes/views re ruck & backs...funny that when you ask most tigers supporters they say we want some more mids (especially of the hardened variety)....
