Pretty disappointing considering how much they talked up Bummers last week. Any way, from what I remember:

Spent the first segment bit just having a joke and talking about the cricket. After a couple tunes they talked a little footy. Just played a clip of the boys singing the anthem at Sandown, then Lids explained the training schedule. The schedule is pretty much foot and ball work mon-weds and training in the heat chamber thurs-fri all followed by a mandatory massage. He said next year the team plan is to consolidate and keep improving. He said Dusty is flying after getting a kick up the bum. Also said we should expect Moore next year down back as well as a fit Grimes and Astbury. It pretty much derailed from there and he plugged the membership 50k drive and said he wants to get better than the missus at surfing.

Cheers dwaino  :thumbsup :cheers.

I think I jotted down pretty much the same....

* Lids says he's buggered lol. Straight back into 6 days a week training.

* Jack not back in full training yet. He just walks on the treadmill for 5 mins then yells out at all of us running lol.

* Compulsory massages at the Club. Lids enjoys his 3 a week as an "old fella" now. Part of the warmdown.

* Running and kicking Mon, Wed, Fri., Heat chamber Thurs, Fri , Cross-training on Tues, Fri and gym and weights work as well.

* Heading over to Pheonix Nov 28 - Dec 8. Snowing there at the moment so it'll be nice and 'fresh'.

* They talked about the cricket. Lids said he'll keep Ponting; Drop Mitch Johnson and bring in Cummins.

* Lids went to the Kings of Leon concert last night.

* They played the boys 'singing' the national anthem with Jack chucking on "Go Tigers!" on the end lol. Lids said Jakey King is too tough to sing.

* 2012 - we just want to keep improving and get more games into our young boys. Our young backs (Astbury, Grimes) went down so want to get games into them. We should get Moore back next year as well. Consolidate and push up the ladder.

* Two weeks off over Christmas. Lids heading down to the beach to work on his surfing.

We are definitely talking down expectations to a more realistic level in recent interviews compared to the 3-0-75 talk.

and said he wants to get better than the missus at surfing.

Lids was doing a reverse WAT.
