If the issues are family illness related surely that is catergorised as family issues?

Personal issues is just an excuse for a ugly PR reason and we don't want the issue to be discussed in teh media for the clubs sake and the players sake.

Regardless if the reason is genuine or not, this is Dans last season.

yep another huge mistake by RFC keeping this clown. If you cant get on the track then make way for someone who wants to desperately play AFL. l have always been against clubs keeping players who dont give any value. reminds me of Gogs

Why they can't just say Connors missed the trip because with a general reason, such as a death in his family.

It is hardly an invason of privacy and would stop things getting out of hand in the rumour mill.
