Robbie was on at 4.30pm...

* No one mentions Demetriou's "Nahassssssssss" line at the Brownlow. No stick from it whatsoever.

* We like to think we have improved. Our 4 quarter efforts have come along since last year. We've been in games all season. Haven't got over the line in a couple due to belief. Just need that one big win and the belief will come and learning to win those games.

* As a team we've improved both mentally and physcially. Dimma getting those 500 games into the youngsters and another preseason of learning structures etc... Footy has become more contested and players are learning it's more a team game and everyone needs to play their role.

* Last year he played more midfield but back closer to goal this year. Likes playing around Jack and getting the footy.

* Jack will be first to admit he hasn't had the greatest start to the season but he hasn't changed his personality (not down on himself) and we don't want him to. You don't want him to stop talking.

* It seems we've had a hard test most weeks this year but we need to play well against the Hawks. It's another test. We know if we stick to our structures we can win and it won't be that we "pinched it" if we do. But we are playing against an experienced top 4 side so we need to be at our best.

Did Anyone ask him why he's known as Cock Robin at the club?
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.
