Richmond members night at Harvey Norman - June 25

Harvey Norman will open their doors exclusively for Richmond members on Monday 25 June for their VIP shopping night at Harvey Norman Richmond, Chadstone and Coburg with players in attendance.

Coburg: Dylan Grimes, Dustin Martin, Matthew White

Chadstone: Ben Griffiths, Jack Riewoldt, Chris Newman

Richmond: Brett Deledio, Sean Grigg, Shane Tuck

From 6:30 -9pm you will have a chance to meet some of your favourite players and pick up a bargain with Richo’s Rates member benefit program. There will be competitions and heaps of fun at all stores so make sure you come down and say hello.

Has anyone been to one of these nights. I'm looking to get a laptop and I'm wondering what sort of discounts usually get offered.

go see the good guys ramps. I just got a decent laptop for $430.

unless you are into gaming or messing about with video production you don't need to spend too much more.

JB hifi often have good deals too.

Harvey rarely comes close to these two.

HN have their 1/2 yearly sale on at the moment. Might still be on next week? Didn't look at computers and laptops specifically, but I remember seeing some of the prices on the fridges. Absolute bargains on some at the moment.

 :thumbsup JB if you're after a quick laptop bargain IMO. HN won't mark old lines down I don't think. Those sorts of shops would of been getting in the new laptops with gen 3 and ivy bridge CPUs, so they're probably cleaning out of gen1/2 and sandy bridge laptops. Should be able to score a laptop with a gen 1 i5, decent RAM, wifi and other bits and odds for under $600.

Don't buy one at Hardly Normal's Ramps, much cheaper options out there - MSY is where I buy a lot of my resell stuff.

Yep and have got good deals in the past

Recently, got Richo's rates on a Tom-Tom got $60 bucks off the top model doesn't sound much took the price down to the lower model

Personally reckon depends on the store and the sales person  ;D

MSY top for us geeks  :thumbsup though I haven't bought anything from them since they got pinged by the ACCC a few years back. I use Scorptec and PCCG now. For noobs, JB isnt too shabby as long as you shop with someone who knows their stuff.
