And most of all he’s got something money can’t buy…..

I think they have to trade one of their picks to us?

They have already pre selected the best players in the pool so who knows how much it's worth.

Losing one of the few good reliable guys in the list +25 years of age is a blow imho

Yes and no. Think Rioli and Green need to go before him and only Campbell would be in front of him ATM as a small forward.

Agricultural  type who leads by example always gives 100% and fits a needed criteria for now, he is in the prima age bracket and has 80 odd games. Should he be viewed as a longer term keeper not imo, but in the short term he fills a big need.

We  have a few talented kids with good traits and we have a few mids who look really good when forward we need them to come thru and go past him, if we have picked well it will happen soon enough. If our kids cannot force Mansell out then we are in trouble in this area.

This is really disappointing as we have gone through the growing pains with Mansell and he will leave a 100 game player in his prime .

He's an average player.

The one thing I have always loved with Mansell is his mongrel. Always been happy to go the body and push and shove. The game still needs these types of players, and unfortunately at tigerland we are lacking....
As far as the move to Tassie. Good luck to him if and when it happens

We have heaps of replacements who have more potentialz
Puecker and Alger look promising.
N R-T showed some class.
Seth belongs in the forward line.
I feel like our mids as they build will also pinch hit in there.
Taranto, Hotton and Lalor will all play forward.

We will get great compo for losing Mansell who is limited
