No point going for wins at all cost. Its all about 2013 now, I don't want to see Morris diving in head first for the last 5 games and ripping his shoulder from his torso. Want a full pre season from him.
Play as many of the list as possible who don't have crosses through them, and rest our key players for 2013. No brainer. If we lose every game I don't care.
Arnot = Play if fit
Astbury = Play instead of Moore
Batchelor = Cotton Wool, leg injury. Book in for any surgeries
Browne = If Maric needs a rest, give Browne a run. If not delist either him or Graham
Conca = Keep playing, still needs developing
Cotchin = Would prefer to put in cotton wool, but doubt he'll accept the decision. Will probably want to play a full season
Dea = Keep playing, having a really good developing year.
Deledio = See Cotchin.

Edwards = Having a good year, keep playing for confidence.
Ellis = See Dea.
Elton = If he's worth taking to Adelaide for a debut, he's worth bringing in for another game against Port or Brisbane.
Foley = Season Over
Graham = See Browne.
Griffiths = See Batchelor. Cotton Wool.
Grigg = Keep playing, been real good.
Grimes = See Batchelor. Cotton Wool.
Helbig = See Arnot, play if fit.
Houli = Keep playing.

Delist
King = No point risking King, has had 2 medials this year. Put him in for surgery, clean everything up. If he does a 3rd without proper recovery he could danger his impact next year and cost himself his career.

Martin = See Cotchin, no risk policy if his hammys are tight.
Maric. I = If needs a rest bring in Browne or Graham. Been superb
McGuane =

, has to be a better forward in a state league than McGuane.

Morris = Has a shoulder injury and courageously playing with it. Guy is a gem, put him in for surgery to hit the ground running in pre season.
Nahas = Swift kick up the backside.
Newman = Concerned about Chris. Is seriously struggling. Maybe injured. Looks really slow. No risk policy
O'Hanlon = Play the kid properly none of this circus sub crap. Unless you have blistering pace, very hard to impact as a sub.
Post = Been real good 2 weeks in a row. Keep playing him down back and not shoving him in the ruck every 10 minutes is giving him some consistency finally.
Rance = Going OK. Doesn't look like he needs a rest.
Riewoldt = As most KP forwards are pretty inconsistant. ie Cloke. Walker (Had a mere vs Geelong yesterday). Just isn't in form. Put in cotton wool if he needs to. Don't want to hear he is having 5 surgeries after round 22 again.
Tuck = Flying, on course for B&F, deserves it.
Vickery = Season Over.
Webberly =

White = Will survive the cull because there are more that need to go first. Play Matty when his suspension is lifted. Can replace King who needs a proper knee op/recovery.
Pretty obvious our list still has an enormous hole in it. There is alot of red head banging..
