Do we have any A or B graders that FJ has picked up after the first round of the draft?

**crickets**  :whistle

Grimes Pick 2 PSD, Batchelor Pick 30, Houli PSD, Rance Pick 18. No world beaters but I would at B graders at least. :)

• Grimesy would be a B Grader if he could stay on the park
• Batchelor is a C Grader
• Houli was a Blair Hartley pick
• Rancer, well, he's had a poor year and dropped in a lot of people's estimations, C Grade at the minute, but has been B Grade in the past

is that all that people could come up with over 6 years?

sheesh FJ  :-X

Most clubs would be the same gerks though. Rance, Grimes and Houli would all be B graders over their career I would suggest. Batch is still developing so C grade at present I agree.

Do you know of any other clubs that over the last 5 or so years have more players who are 2nd round plus players that are B or C? Genuine question.

The last few years of compromised drafts has meant round 2 was really round 3 or 4.  I'm not surprised there have been so few.

Fair call on Geelong and the Pies. Speaks volumes about their development as much as their recruitment though. That's why they have been as consistent on field as they have been and for so long.

Stop making sense masses like a snipe
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
