Welcome everyone to One-Eyed Richmond's Tiger Forum Cheers from mightytiges and WilliamPowell.
The biggest improver this year has been Ellis IMO. Started the year as the sub but now we miss him badly when he's not there. The biggest disappointments have been the ones that haven't come on after 4 years on our list - Griffiths, Astbury (inj.)

He needs to start knocking the door down at Coburg and forcing the match committee's hand. He could find his place in our side as our 'swingman' switching between tall defence and tall forward which is becoming fashionable again it seems but that won't happen if his attack and influence at the contest isn't good enough for long enough to use a Dimma phrase. You see glimpses of him using his size and natural talent as he should be it's still just glimpses. The consistency isn't there that it should be (or at least starting to be) as a footballer in his 4th year in the AFL system. The clock is ticking. Even if he survives this year given his height and the theory that 200cm blokes take longer (no guarantee of that at the moment) then next year will his last chance to make an impact and have a breakout year.
