heres two scenarios i heard.
lets just say martin is going so is conca. its only conjecture.

martin + pick 29 to brisbane. longer, and picks 7 25 to tiges. tht would be a great salvage job imo.

conca to wce.   pick 24 ?? we wont get pick 6, and one of mcgovern sinclair. again if he decides he wants out it becomes a salvage job.

F.rom a self confessed list management expert the above 2 suggestions are vomit.

F that.

Get an stuffing power forward. Somebody 190+ who weighs 105kg and smashes people. Enough of this weak prick pooe.

Correct Andyy, we need a player up forward like a Roughhead, Waite, Tippert. Someone who gets on with the job instead of thinking they are great because they won 2 Coleman medals.
Good sides are built around forwards & sooky Rewoldt spends more time waving at umpires or walking with his head down while his opponent runs away with the ball. Get a real forward who leads & has great confidence. l wrote about this some years back & we still suffer the same problem.  l would try for John Butcher from Port Adelaide. he should have dropped some value by now  ;D A trade of Shane Edwards & a 3rd round pick would be justice.

I like the trade idea, Butcher goes ok.
Riewodlt is a gun, Butcher would probably get a dozen goals from Jacks play which will build confidence in the lad.
I'd see them as complimentary to each other.

We have the upper hand because we can send the pricks to wherever it suits us. If they don't like it, stiff...

If I'm not mistaken that isn't the case? He could just walk to the PSD instead of agreeing to the trade being uncontracted

However they then need to rely on their preferred club picking them up. I doubt Conca would make it to WCE. Martin would get picked up by the 1st pick for GWS obviously. Most players don't want to go PSD.
